Me and my partner had a fantastic experience at R1SE. If you are feeling like life is getting a little much I would recommend this place any day, the staff make you feel like close friends of theirs and the sauna, ice bath and red light rooms make you feel brand new.
Great place for wellbeing and meeting interesting people. Really accommodating space and culture! And love the supportive nature of the teachers!
Took my son Mac to Rise Recovery for the first time today and honestly couldn’t fault the place. From the minute we walked in the staff made us feel really welcome and explained everything properly. Mac had compression boots, red light therapy, the red light sauna, cold water therapy and an ice bath as part of his recovery after a tough period of training. The whole setup is really professional and you can tell they genuinely care about helping athletes recover properly. Mac came out feeling fantastic afterwards both physically and mentally. Great atmosphere, great staff and somewhere we’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommend for anyone involved in training, sport or just needing to focus on recovery and wellbeing.

Great experience, visiting the kelham island spot for the fire and ice sessions. The facilities are super clean and a really relaxing friendly environment.

Great studio, very welcoming, very easy to book through the app. If you are into Aerial Yoga this is definitely the place for you! Great variety of classes.
R1SE is an incredibly welcoming and lovely yoga studio- staff are super friendly and instructors modify poses for all levels. My favorite class is by far Hot Sculpt or Hot Vinyasa! Beautiful studio and great instructors, could not recommend more.

This place is absolutely incredible! We’re so lucky to have such a state-of-the-art venue that’s so accessible. The owners, Chris and Jen, are truly welcoming - genuine, down-to-earth people who clearly care about creating an amazing experience. I can’t recommend the Fire & Ice Blast session enough; you’ll walk out feeling on top of the world. What a time to be alive!
I had my first visit to R1se Sheffield and it was absolutely amazing. I tried the ice bath, sauna, red light therapy, and oxygen therapy sessions, and I genuinely learned so much in just one visit. Chris and Jen were incredibly helpful so cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional in everything they do. They made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and impressed. They truly excelled in every category when it comes to first impressions. Plus, they have a lovely selection of teas to enjoy, which was such a nice touch 🥰
We did the energise wellness experience and I could not recommend it enough. SO many incredible therapies to experience in a beautiful setting. Chris took us through a guided breathwork which was incredibly informative and his passion was infectious. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic and the whole place was full of gorgeous energy. Left feeling lighter and refreshed! Thank you!
